Spring Picnic Planning Committee

Charge

To plan and coordinate the Spring Picnic, a staff, family and special guest event that provides an opportunity for them to enjoy an outside event (weather permitting) that is catered. Includes the following tasks: reserving a portion of the Plaza of the Americas, ordering and purchasing food, beverages and supplies from a caterer, set up and cleanup, organizing volunteers as ticket takers and servers, invitations, ticket order collection and tallying, ticket distribution to Libraries and custodial staff.

Membership

Includes HR representative, Administration representative, IT representative and two Facilities Planning representatives.
