Starting in the Spring of 2025, the Employee Recognition Committee created its quarterly newsletter. Its purpose was not only to inform others about what the committee can do to help recognize others, but also to offer tips and tricks.
You Make it Happen!
The Employee Recognition Committee would like to invite library employees to submit short notes of appreciation or kudos for their colleagues, simple gestures such as “thanks for covering my shift” or “I appreciate your help at the circulation desk.” These kudos will be featured in our quarterly newsletter.
